The Delco Files #3: Six Grand In Panties

The Delco Files is a new feature on spikeeskin.com. I imagine Fantasource and I will be the main contributors. I grew up in Delco, so I can say whatever I want about Delco. You’re going to love the Granite Run Mall Photo Gallery.

From the Delaware County Daily Times:

MIDDLETOWN – Bras and panties worth about $6,000 were reported missing from the Victoria Secret store at the Granite Run Mall last week.

Wow, that’s a lot of underwear. Must have been pretty shocking when they noticed. Or …

The theft took place between 6:45 and 9:30 p.m. June 2, but was not reported for two days, state police said.

Wait a minute. Six thousand dollars in panties and wasn’t reported for two days. Jeez, I wonder if this was an inside job?!

No other details were released.

Such as? Sizes? Colors?

State police are investigating.

Let me help you guys. It’s the employee with the extra six grand in panties (I don’t really know that. I don’t know anything).

And while we’re at it, this isn’t the first time this has happened. From January:

SPRINGFIELD – Police are investigating the theft of 119 pair of Victoria’s Secret panties from the Springfield Mall store.

The undies, worth more than $1,300, were stolen from a display in the front of the store sometime between 3:30 and 4:38 p.m. Saturday, police said.

I’m no expert. But something tells me a simple search on Ebay for Victoria’s Secret underwear may help us find our criminal. Or, just the lady who hasn’t had to do laundry since January.
